Tri-Park Festival Vendors

Please consider becoming a vendor at the Tri-Park Festival.

If you are a health related businesses or organization, please visit our TestFest 2010 Vendor Page

For all other businesses and organizations please become a part of the Tri-Park Festival Community Festival area.

Size & Description

  • Tri-Park Festival Vendor Spaces are 10’x10’ parcels of land and include a 6ft. table and two chairs. Additional spaces can be purchased for $25.

  • Businesses or Not for profit organizations may choose to be either a Retail Vendor or an Information Only Vendor.  Information Only Vendors may not sell any items of any type, and should they wish to do so, will be expected to pay the rate difference on or before the day of the Festivals.

Vendor Schedule

  • 10am: Check In
  • 11:30am: Set Up Completed
  • 12pm-5pm: Community Festival at Lake Montebello
  • 5pm: Break Down and Clean Up

Vendor Agreements

Submission of a Vendor Application binds you and / or your business or organization to the following agreements.

  • Spaces will be assigned by event organizers.
  • Vendors are required to sign in on the day of the event by the specified time to receive their space assignment.
  • Vendors are expected to have their spaces set up by the specified times, and not to begin to break them down until after 5 pm.
  • Vendors are responsible for making arrangements for any additional needs they may have.
  • As an exhibitor at the Tri-Park Festival held on June 26, 2010 at Lake Montebello, you agree to hold harmless and to release the members of the Tri-Park Festival Coalition and the City of Baltimore from responsibility for any and all damages to yourself, your business or organization or to your property, which might occur in the course of preparation, the execution, or the clean up of the event.
  • You understand that there is no rain date for the Tri-Park Festival, and that I am responsible for any consequences to my profits and/or property that might occur as a result of the weather.
  • No refunds will be made because of your inability to attend the festival for whatever reason.
  • If the organizer cancels the event for any reason, no fees paid by you will be refunded.
  • If a food vendor, you further acknowledge that it is your responsibility to obtain a valid food permit from the Baltimore City Department of Health and have it posted on the day of the festival and that no fryers are allowed in the park.
