The Tri-Park Festival is planned and coordinated by a Coalition of Neighborhood Associations and Community-Based nonprofit groups and other partner organizations.

Tri-Park Festival Coalition

The members of the Tri-Park Festival Coalition represent 12 neighborhoods in Northeast Baltimore, made up of over 20,000 households. These three groups support and sustain healthy communities by educating and empowering our residents and encouraging investment in our neighborhoods.


Coldstream-Homestead-Montebello Community Corporation’s (CHMCC) mission is to develop the leadership of its residents, promote the general well being and improve the overall health and quality of life within the Coldstream-Homestead-Montebello community, through direct involvement, community organizing, planning and delivery of competent services. The natural beauty of the community’s surrounding parks is only surpassed by the enduring spirit of the residents who are the force behind the community’s renaissance.


Belair-Edison Neighborhoods, Inc. (BENI) is a community-based nonprofit serving the thriving Belair-Edison community, nestled between Herring Run and Clifton Parks. With a high percentage of homeownership, BENI’s mission is to foster an environment where residents, business owners, and stakeholders feel confident to invest their time, energy, and money. BENI is a Healthy Neighborhoods and Baltimore Main Streets partner organization, as well as a HUD certified comprehensive housing counseling agency.


Neighborhoods of Greater Lauraville, Inc. (NOGLI) is a small, dynamic community development corporation serving eight neighborhoods along the Harford Road corridor in Northeast Baltimore. NOGLI’s flagship neighborhood was recently named The Best Place to Buy an Old House in Maryland by THIS OLD HOUSE magazine, and the development of the Main Street corridor’s restaurants and bars was just named one of the 10 Biggest Restaurant Stories of the Decade by the Baltimore Sun. NOGLI focuses on resident ownership, community investment and marketing, safety and education. Greater Lauraville – a little green, a little funky, and definitely family friendly!


Festival Partners

Celebration of Community!!! (CofC) is a not for profit group that brings together 50+ community, faith, service, care, and other organizations to promote HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention awareness. The pandemic proportions of HIV/AIDS in our community calls out for us to take every opportunity possible to provide information, education and testing, and treatment support for our community whenever we are able. As National HIV/AIDS Day is June 27th, the Tri-Park Festival provides an ideal opportunity for CofC to partner with a health-conscious event and reach a diverse crowd.

Real Food Farm is a new urban agriculture project in Northeast Baltimore’s Clifton Park. The Farm is a project of Civic Works, Baltimore’s Service Corps, and will sell fruits, herbs and vegetables for local institutions and communities using “hoop houses” - low-cost, plastic greenhouses.

Morgan State University is located in Northeast Baltimore is committed to a brighter future for Baltimore. For over 140 years, Morgan has been an important part of the higher education system in Baltimore City, the State of Maryland, and the nation. Throughout its history, Morgan has served the community with distinction while meeting the educational needs of an increasingly diverse society. Its designation as Maryland's Public Urban University assures that Morgan will continue to play a prominent role in Maryland's education future.
